Booking Agreement and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Service and Conduct
Our company is committed to delivering transportation services with professionalism and punctuality. We ensure this by utilizing licensed and insured vehicles, as well as employing qualified drivers.
We kindly request that customers maintain respectful and lawful behavior throughout the duration of our services. It is important to refrain from engaging in any actions that may cause harm, discomfort, or inconvenience to the driver or other passengers.
Customers are strictly prohibited from participating in illegal activities or transporting any prohibited substances or items in our company's vehicles. Any violation of these terms will result in the removal of the passenger, with the involvement of law enforcement if necessary. In such cases, legal actions may also be pursued against the customer.
Booking and Reservations
To ensure a smooth reservation process, customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking initial trip. This includes details such as pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, additional equipment, specialty vehicles and passenger information. Our company maintains the right to decline or cancel a reservation if we are unable to accommodate the requested service due to factors like availability or unforeseen circumstances. It is the responsibility of the customers to inform our company promptly of any changes to their reservation. This is necessary to prevent last-minute cancellations caused by unavailability of equipment, vehicles, or additional assistance due to those changes. In the event of a cancellation made by the customer within 24 hours of the trip, a cancellation fee will be applicable.
Payments and Charges
Payment and Charge Terms for Private Pay :
Booking Confirmation:
To secure a reservation, a credit card/ debit card for the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment by credit card, debit card only. No Cash!
Cancellation Policy:
If a trip is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a trip is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Refunds:
Refunds for canceled trips will be processed within 3- 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your trip, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may incur additional charges.
Additional Charges:
Any additional services or requests made during the trip may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before being implemented.

Baggage and Cargo Terms
Baggage and Cargo Limitations: Alliance Transit LLC imposes certain restrictions on the weight and size of baggage and cargo that can be accommodated within our vehicles. Customers are advised to comply with these limitations to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers.
Customer Responsibility for Lifting: Our drivers are not authorized to assist with the lifting or handling of any baggage or cargo. Customers are solely responsible for loading and unloading their belongings into and out of the vehicle. It is recommended that customers consider their physical capabilities and arrange for assistance if necessary to ensure the smooth handling of their belongings.
Prohibited Items: To prioritize the safety and well-being of our passengers and drivers, Alliance Transit LLC strictly prohibits the transportation of firearms, knives, or any other weapons within our vehicles. Customers are advised to refrain from carrying such items to comply with this policy.
Compliance with Legal and Safety Regulations: Customers are required to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines regarding the transportation of baggage and cargo. Not liable for Damage or Loss: Alliance Transit LLC shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of baggage or cargo transported within our vehicles. Customers are advised to take necessary precautions to secure their belongings and are solely responsible for their possessions throughout the journey.
By engaging our transportation services, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined above regarding baggage and cargo. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's duty to promptly inspect the vehicle upon arrival and notify the driver immediately of any existing damages or discrepancies. Delays Due to Customer Actions: Alliance Transit LLC cannot be held liable for any delays arising from circumstances directly attributed to the customer. This includes but is not limited to the customer's tardiness, failure to be present at the agreed-upon pickup location, or any actions that hinder the efficient provision of transportation services.
Accidents, Weather Conditions, and Other Unforeseen Events: Alliance Transit LLC shall not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or inconveniences caused by accidents, severe weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, or any other unforeseen events that are beyond our control. While we make every effort to provide reliable and timely transportation services, external factors may occasionally impact the scheduled arrival or departure times.
By engaging our transportation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above regarding liability for loss of items, customer responsibilities, delays due to customer actions, accidents, weather conditions, and other unforeseen events. Passenger Responsibilities and Consequences of Misconduct
Providing Accurate Information: It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking, including contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special requirements. Alliance Transit LLC relies on this information to ensure a smooth and efficient transportation service.
Compliance with Safety Regulations: Passengers are required to comply with all safety regulations and guidelines provided by Alliance Transit LLC. This includes following instructions from the driver, wearing seat belts, and refraining from engaging in any behavior that may jeopardize their safety or the safety of others.
Punctuality: Passengers are expected to be ready and present at the agreed-upon pickup location at the designated time. Any delays caused by the passenger may impact the overall schedule and inconvenience other passengers. Alliance Transit LLC advises passengers to arrive on time to ensure a timely departure and arrival.
Adherence to Rules and Requirements: Passengers must adhere to any specific rules or requirements set forth by Alliance Transit LLC. This includes restrictions on smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, and any other regulations that may be in place for the comfort and safety of all passengers.
Zero Tolerance for Violence: Alliance Transit LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violence or acts of violence directed towards our drivers. In the event of any such behavior, the ride will be immediately terminated, and the passenger will be removed from the vehicle with the assistance of law enforcement, if necessary.
Consequences for Misconduct (Private Pay Customers): For private pay customers, no refunds will be issued in cases where the ride is terminated due to passenger misconduct. Additionally, any damages incurred during the incident will result in additional fees charged to the card provided at the time of booking. Alliance Transit LLC reserves the right to pursue legal actions to recover any costs or damages resulting from the incident.
By utilizing our transportation services, passengers acknowledge and agree to comply with the passenger responsibilities outlined above. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in termination of the ride, removal with law enforcement, and potential financial or legal consequences, as described within our policies. It is advised that passengers carefully review these terms and seek clarification if needed prior to availing our services. Force Majeure Clause

Limitations of Liability: Alliance Transit LLC shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to the transportation services arising directly or indirectly from force majeure events. The company shall not be responsible for any consequential damages, loss of business, or inconvenience caused to customers as a result of such events.
Communication and Alternative Arrangements: In the event of a force majeure event, Alliance Transit LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and provide updates regarding service disruptions. No Breach of Contract: During a force majeure event, Alliance Transit LLC shall not be considered in breach of any contract or agreement with customers or liable for any failure to fulfill obligations directly impacted by the force majeure event.
Resumption of Services: Once the force majeure event subsides or is resolved, Alliance Transit LLC will resume normal operations as promptly as possible. However, the company cannot guarantee immediate restoration of all services and may require additional time to fully recover and resume regular transportation operations.

The company will take reasonable measures to minimize disruptions and communicate effectively with customers during such events. Customers are encouraged to review these force majeure terms and understand the company's position regarding service delivery under these circumstances.
